sBPR Database

EPRA has been recognising the critical importance of transparent, accurate and comparable ESG data for the listed real estate sector since 2011 with the launch of EPRA sBPR reporting standard. The number of companies reporting publicly EPRA sBPR data has increased significantly over the years, and EPRA can now offer the first ESG database of the industry, sourced from publicly available documents.

As of September 2023, the database covers 117 listed property companies in Europe, across 28 different ESG metrics, with history going back to 2011.
