Asset Mapping

This section shows the geographical location of the properties owned by constituents of the FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Index. The maps have been designed using the same sector and nationality classification used in the two indexes represented, the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Developed Index and the FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed EMEA Index. A further regional and sectorial breakdown is also included. EPRA members have access to the property portfolio breakdown in terms of geographical and sectorial classification for index constituents in Developed Europe, as well as the latest portfolio analysis report. All the data has been compiled by EPRA based on the companies’ annual reports for 2023.
