EPRA's finance department supports the listed real estate sector's CFOs, investors and analysts with a variety of initiatives. Most important of these initiatives is the Best Practices Recomendations (BPR) which have considerable traction within the European listed real estate sector. The department also manages representation with IASB and European financial regulators in addition to organising workshops and conferences on the most important financial topics.
