The goal of the Reporting & Accounting Committee is to develop and maintain a set of best practice recommendations to help property companies produce best-in-class annual financial and non-financial performance reports in order to reach listed equity investors' consistent and reliable disclosure expectations. It is also to advocate the interest of the European listed real estate sector to international accounting bodies.

The overarching mission of the EPRA Sustainability Committee is to support the publicly listed real estate sector, through the EPRA platform, in playing its part in the global transition to an environmentally, socially and economically sustainable economy.
The Sustainability Committee does this by:
-Promoting the highest standards of transparency and reporting of sustainability metrics across the sector;
-Sharing sustainability best practice initiatives, outcomes and insight with the wider EPRA community and beyond;
-Contributing to international sustainability policy development as it relates to investment in and asset management of real estate;
-Collaborating with sector leading organisations to develop and promote initiatives that drive sustainable outcomes for the sector;
-Promoting dialogue between investors and investees.
