Join us for a collaborative webinar with JLL as we dive into our latest EPRA /JLL report, an in-depth analysis of the most frequently reported sector-agnostic European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) by listed real estate companies.
JLL will present insights from their recent mapping exercise focused on EPRA Members preparing for CSRD reporting in 2025 (based on 2024 data). The findings show that many listed real estate companies are already disclosing key ESRS datapoints, particularly around:
E1: Climate Change
S1: Own Workforce
G1: Business Conduct
The report also highlights strong alignment between these disclosures and EPRA’s Sustainability Best Practice Recommendations (sBPR), especially for quantitative data such as energy consumption, GHG emissions, and employee diversity
