A focus on the Greek Listed Real Estate / REICs

Following FTSE’s decision to upgrade Greece to "Developed Market" status from September 2026, EPRA, in cooperation with ERED, is organising a webinar on the country’s listed real estate sector, performance and trends. CEOs of leading Greek listed real estate companies will discuss the current market trends in the listed real estate space in Greece as well as the opportunities arising from the reclassification. The discussion will also cover the enhancements to Greece’s REIC law introduced in 2025.
