We are pleased to host the first webinar session opening the EPRA Research Webinar Series.

Both European and country-level changes in listed real estate will be discussed. An overview of European listed real estate portfolio breakdown from a sectorial and geographical perspective will be presented, based on the recent report ‘European Listed Real Estate: Portfolio Analysis 2019’ by EPRA.

Together with Philippe Le Trung, the founder of VIEWS+S Consulting we will assess the impact of the Covid-19 crisis on capital values and property yields for French listed real estate.
