EPRA MiFID II Seminar

MiFID II is going live in January 2018.

EPRA organised a workshop for its members, together with CMS London, to look at the impact and the opportunitties of the new legislation for the listed real estate. 

CMS' presentation on MiFID II covered:

• The future of research - who pays, what happens if research originates outside the EU?
• Will small and mid caps loose out in the rush to commoditisation of research?
• What will corporate access look like after January?
