We are pleased to invite you to the official launch of the 2025 EPRA Intensity Metrics Report, developed in collaboration with KPMG. The report will be unveiled during a dedicated webinar that will walk you through the main findings.
- ABOUT THE REPORT
The report provides a detailed analysis of the Energy Intensity, GHG Intensity (Scopes 1 & 2, plus Scope 3 Overview) and Water Intensity performance of EPRA Members (110 European listed real estate companies), based on the data reported through the EPRA Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations (sBPR) framework. The study covers the 2022–2024 reporting period and draws on the EPRA sBPR database, focusing specifically on intensity indicators for the main real estate sectors (office, retail, residential, industrial, healthcare, self-storage and lodging/resorts). This year’s analysis also highlights emerging best practices, such as energy-efficient renovations, renewable energy sourcing, advanced digital monitoring tools and increased tenant engagement—reflecting the sector’s evolution in response to regulatory changes and rising sustainability expectations.
