Deep Dive into the Intensity Metrics Report
This report analyses the sustainability performance of 110 European real estate companies from 2022 to 2024, based on EPRA sBPR reported data. Key indicators include energy, water and GHG Intensity to track environmental performance across key property sectors, as well as trends that were observed from last year’s reports.

Online session: EPRA European GHG emissions & Net-Zero Target Disclosure Analysis
This analysis provides an overview of how 150 listed EPRA European members disclose their GHG emissions and climate targets, assessing transparency and alignment with GHG protocol. It assesses the coverage across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 reporting, identified the most reported Scope 3 categories within listed real estate. It also checks their target setting, SBTi use and TCFD alignment.
