AI is rapidly transforming how real estate professionals analyse, research, communicate and make decisions. Across the industry, one message has become increasingly clear: professionals need practical AI skills tailored specifically to real estate. In response to this growing demand from members, EPRA has partnered with the Swiss Institute of Banking and Finance at the University of St. Gallen (SBF-HSG) and VARi Knowledge Partners to offer EPRA members preferential access to the “Executive AI for Real Estate” programme. This programme has also been thoroughly reviewed and tested by EPRA's internal AI Working Group to ensure its quality, relevance and practical value for the listed RE industry.
