We are excited to share the results of the EPRA Fund Managers Survey 2026!

Investors responded to a survey on their views towards European listed real estate. The survey report is intended to facilitate interactive dialogue between investors and listed real estate companies and among investors. Additionally, it serves as a valuable tool for investors to assess current sector analysis methods and evaluate potential strategies for future investments. 

We have asked institutional investors to evaluate their investment appetite through 15 different questions.

Key findings:

  • Specialists are more positive about the coming three years compared to 2024 and more positive than generalists. 
  • In comparison to 2024, generalists emphasise the importance of dividents through responses relating to capital deployment, preferred valuation and risk metric.
  • 2026 sees Healthcare emerge as an important investment theme for generalists and grow in importance for specialists.
