Following our first session on 21 May, this webinar offers another opportunity to hear about the guidance, revisit the key points, and catch up on anything you may have missed.

In this session, we will highlight how the guidance provides a consistent, transparent framework aligned with IFRS 18 categories (Operating, Investing, Financing), while reflecting common practices across European listed real estate companies. We will also cover its mixed presentation approach, combining nature and function-based classifications. EPRA will elaborate on the P&L guidance, while BDO will cover requirements and observations in respect of management-defined performance measures (MPMs) within IFRS 18.
