Increased interest in PropTech and Innovation topics during the EPRA Annual conference. The role of PropTech and Innovation was prominent during the EPRA conference in Paris. Some of the main activities included:
- A visit to the BNP Technology lab (Metal 57)
- Presentation of the results of the 2nd PropTech preparedness survey, organised in cooperation with Yardi
- A PropTech themed lunch at the Main day of the conference
- A PropTech panel, featuring representatives of Kojamo, Cromwell European REIT and Tritax Eurobox
Upcoming EPRA & Yardi PropTech webinar. The event will introduce the results of the EPRA PropTech survey, followed by a discussion, including Paul Glibbery, Grainger, Bastian Zarske Bueno, SPS and Kirsi Simola-Laaksonen. EPRA’s next PropTech and Innovation Committee meeting – the 2nd EPRA committee meeting will be taking place on 17 November 3pm to 5pm. The EPRA committee members will discuss topics related to breakthrough technologies and will hear from inspiring speakers.
