This report analyses the sustainability performance of 110 European real estate companies from 2022 to 2024, based on EPRA sBPR reported data. Key indicators include energy, water and GHG Intensity to track environmental performance across key property sectors, as well as trends that were observed from last year’s reports. 

This analysis provides an overview of how 150 listed EPRA European members disclose their GHG emissions and climate targets, assessing transparency and alignment with GHG protocol. It assesses the coverage across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 reporting, identified the most reported Scope 3 categories within listed real estate. It also checks their target setting, SBTi use and TCFD alignment.

Our member European property companies, with exposure to France, Belgium, Germany, and UK, will participate to our Asia Week in 2025, where we organise one-on-one meetings with institutional investors and family offices.
