This is an all-embracing survey of REITs, their structures and requirements, which EPRA has conducted for ten years. It currently encompasses 36 countries, and provides the most up-to-date window on the many forms of REITs around the world. Click here.

EPRA is committed to improving the tax efficiency of the European real estate market in line with the objectives of national governments and the European Union, and in a way that encourages the growth of the listed sector. EPRA advocates, for example, the broad development of REIT regimes and the 'roll-out' of REITs across Europe.

David Atkins, Chief Executive Officer of UK property company Hammerson, has been appointed as Chairman of the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA). Speaking at the industry body’s annual conference on Thursday, he said that the key role listed property firms play in European economies, mean they are vital to a sustainable economic recovery.
