Dominique joined EPRA as CEO in 2017, moving from BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management where he held the CEO position for Luxembourg and Belgium. After working in a private bank followed by five years as a management consultant on large financial sector projects for KPMG Consulting, he joined Fortis Real Estate in 2004, where he was COO for international investment and fund management activities in Luxembourg, Belgium and Spain until 2011, before moving with the company to the UK. Moerenhout is a native French and Dutch speaker and fluent in English. He holds a Master in Business Administration from ICHEC Brussels and a European Master in Financial Analysis (CFA) from the Belgian Association of Financial Analysts.
EU Policy Manager
Jana joined EPRA’s public affairs team in August 2016 from BDO, an international network of public accounting, tax and advisory firms. She has a legal background with a strong specialisation in European Law (incl. European Property Law) gained at Maastricht University (NL) where she has been trained in EU negotiations (EIPA). Jana gathered a political experience in the European Parliament and a pan-European association, UIPI – International Union of Property Owners, representing the interests of private property owners. At UIPI, she focused on the rental laws, tax regimes and planning policies which govern the private rented sector.
Roxana joined EPRA from EurActiv, where she was responsible for events and marketing. She is a graduate in European Union Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands and also has an academic background in Communication Studies and European Public Administration.
Barney started his career as a General practice Surveyor training and practising in the Central London commercial property market in the 1990’s. More recently his career has been property data related working on projects including the roll out of energy performance certificates in the UK and as Chief Operating Officer in a Joint Venture Company with HomeTrack.
Gloria joined EPRA in 2017. Prior to that she worked as sustainability consultant for 4 years. She acquired expertise and curriculum in sustainable buildings rating scheme services and from July 2016 she is LEED Accredited Professional. She holds a Master in Civil Engineering Architecture from University of Brescia, and a Specialized Master in Green Management, Energy and Corporate Social Responsibility, from Bocconi University.
Director of European Investor Outreach
Matthew joined EPRA in 2013, moving from P3 Limited where he was Head of Investor Relations. After joining the Schroders graduate scheme, he qualified as a management accountant before joining SVG Capital as an investment analyst. Matthew gained extensive private markets and real estate business development experience at Cambridge Place Investment Management and Hermes GPE. He holds a French and Management BA (Hons) from King’s College London and is a fluent French speaker.
Kasia joined EPRA in 2016. Prior to that, she worked as Communications Manager for the European Association for Bioindustries. Kasia also has a background in communications within the European institutions, having previously worked on media and social network initiatives for Members of the European Parliament. She holds a Masters degree from Sciences Po Paris in European affairs specialised in law.
EPRA Hong Kong
Sissi joined EPRA Hong Kong office in 2015. Prior to that, she worked as a service management specialist for Synnex Group. Sissi is from Mainland China and she received her master degree in science from the City University of Hong Kong.
Iskren has 8 years of EU association management and public affairs experience gained at Knowledge4Innovation and the European Parliament.
Iskren holds a MA degree in European Affairs from Maastricht University and a graduate degree in International relations from Sofia University.

Inna joined EPRA’s research team in 2014. Inna holds a bachelors degree in Economics and completed her MSc in Financial Economics, both from Maastricht University.
EU Policy Manager
Diane joined EPRA’s Public Affairs Team in November 2018 from the Belgian Government (Walloon Region), where she worked on investments, EU cohesion policy and funds. Prior to that, Diane was responsible for global economic affairs at DIGITALEUROPE, a Brussels-based association representing the interests of the Tech Industry. Diane holds a MSc in Political Science/European Studies from the University of Liege (Belgium).
Senior Analyst Research & Indexes
David joined EPRA in 2016. He has a background in financial markets within financial institutions mainly as analyst for fixed income and corporate finance. CFA II aspirant. He is Economist and Professional in Finance from Universidad del Rosario (Colombia) and holds a Masters degree in Quantitative Economics from Université Paris I Pantheón-Sorbonne (France).
Before joining EPRA in December 2018, Dilek worked for DTZ and Cushman&Wakefield Turkey as head of research, providing consultancy services including IPO documents, market research, investment strategy, and due diligence reports for international developers, investors, funds and financial institutions. She completed her MSc and PhD degrees focusing on urban economics and real estate markets. She also worked as part-time lecturer in real estate market analysis and finance courses at various academic institutions. She has memberships in both academic and professional organizations, including a board member of ERES and also a member of European Research Group at ICSC.
Merlyn joined EPRA in November 2018. Prior to this, she worked as Customer Service Representative at Orega, having previously held the position of receptionist at the Hotel Best Western Royal Centre. Merlyn started her career as a hotel receptionist in Cuba after she graduated from Alberto Delgado tourism school at Villa Clara.
Financial Reporting & Accounting Analyst
Pantelis joined EPRA in 2016. He holds a Bachelor degree in Economics & Business Administration from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has completed his MSc in Financial Management at Vlerick Business School. Pantelis has gained finance and reporting experience during his internships at the Hellenic Stock Exchanges Group and Keyrus Belgium.
Finance & Sustainability Director
Hassan graduated with a LLB from Queen Mary, University of London and holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He has 8 years finance & strategy experience including in depth financial analysis and reporting experience gained at Stanley Black & Decker, ABN AMRO Bank and One Gas Consultants.
Director Public Affairs
Tobias is the Director of Public Affairs and is responsible to give the listed real estate and EPRA's members a voice in the legislative processes across the EU. Before joining EPRA in 2016, Tobias worked for the BASF Government Relations office in Brussels, representing the company’s interests in the field of Innovation & Technology policy. Prior to that Tobias worked as Parliamentary Advisor and Head of office for a Member of the European Parliament, followed by a position as Consultant for Public Affairs in several areas of EU policy making. Tobias holds a degree in Business Administration from Munich University of Applied Sciences and received a Master double-degree in European Studies from the Universities of Vienna and Krakow.
Shaohong joined EPRA in 2014 after having worked as an image officer for an American oil and gas company, TD Williamson, and as a business travel agent for CarlsonWagonlit Travel. She holds a bachelor degree in tourism.

Ali joined EPRA's research team in 2007. His initial projects were working on the emerging market indices for the FTSE EPRA/ NAREIT Global Real Estate Index and the European corporate governance report with Erasmo Giambona of the University of Amsterdam. Ali holds a BA in Economics and Business and completed his MSc in International Finance at the University of Amsterdam.

Yuri Zhou currently serves as EPRA's Asia-Pacific Director, promoting the European listed property sector to a wide range of Asian institutional investors. Yuri was previously with Citi Research specialising in HK / China listed property. Prior to that, she was a consultant focusing on asset management and pension reform developments in the Greater China Region. Yuri received her Honours BSc in Mathematical Finance and Statistics (Actuarial Science) from the University of Toronto and her Masters of Finance from the University of Hong Kong.
